We price the way we teach: plainly. Aircraft time and instruction are billed hourly, third-party fees are labeled as third-party, and nothing is hidden inside a package. Below are our current rates as entered and verified by the school.

How to read flight training rates (anywhere)
- Wet vs. dry: wet rates include fuel; dry rates bill it separately.
- Hobbs vs. tach: how aircraft time is metered changes the effective hourly cost.
- Instruction includes ground time: briefings and debriefs are billed instruction — and they are where learning consolidates.
- Third-party fees (medical exam, knowledge test, examiner) are set by third parties, not the school.
